Transmissiya Portal is one of the most recognisable names in Russian electronic music. Organised by Radio Record, the Transmissiya series runs across multiple Russian cities; Portal is the St. Petersburg edition. The 7 November date falls a few days after the national holiday on 4 November, making it a natural destination for those already planning a long weekend trip to the city.

The venue: Temple of Deer
Temple of Deer occupies a former industrial building on Arsenal Embankment, 1 — part of a cluster of converted spaces that have become St. Petersburg's club geography. Multiple rooms, different sound concepts: a festival format rather than a single-stage event.
Getting there
Metro Ploshchad Lenina (red line): 15 minutes on foot along the embankment, or a 5-minute taxi ride.
After the event: taxi or carsharing — metro doesn't run through the night.
Tickets and accommodation
Tickets are sold online through Radio Record and Temple of Deer channels. For major Transmissiya events, they sell out two to three weeks ahead — don't wait.
The 7–8 November weekend overlaps with the aftermath of the national holiday, making it one of the peak accommodation periods in St. Petersburg. Check available options for your dates while there's still choice.
Not suitable for
Those who want to watch a set and leave by midnight. Transmissiya runs through the night.
Checked: 26 October 2026
Transmissiya is one of Saint Petersburg's longest-running electronic music festivals, drawing both local and international artists. The 2026 edition returns to Sevkabel Port, a former cable factory on Vasilyevsky Island with waterfront views of the Gulf of Finland. Doors open at 22:00 on November 7th. The combination of industrial architecture, waterfront location and high-quality lineups has made this festival consistently worth attending. Dress warmly: the outdoor areas stay cold through the night even in November.
